Digital Badges for Interns
The Digital Intern Badges project was developed for the CSUDH Workforce Integration Network to recognize, motivate, and professionally support interns. These badges celebrate key milestones and showcase interns’ skills and dedication, creating a positive, goal-oriented culture within the program.
The badges became a crucial part of the program. They encouraged interns to reach specific goals, boosted their engagement, and added credibility to their professional portfolios. The visual achievements provide interns with lasting credentials, strengthed their resumes and supporting their career growth while contributing to the organization's digital inclusion mission.
Research Posters
The Research Posters project was developed to visually present intern achievements, device distribution data, and impact statistics for CSUDH Workforce Integration Network. These posters served as informative tools at events, providing potential partners with insights into collaboration opportunities and showcasing the structured intern training model.
The posters were used as infographics to present complex information clearly. They highlighted the program’s success in device distribution, showcased intern contributions, and reinforced the company’s mission to close the digital divide through structured, impactful training. The Intern Distinction Poster specifically served as a promotional tool for interns, encouraging event attendees to consider them for potential employment opportunities, making it a key marketing asset at the event.
MARKETING materials for events and promotion
I designed a range of promotional assets to support CSUDH Workforce Integration Network’s events and initiatives. This included retractable banners, A-frame posters, directional signs, flyers, step-and-repeat banners, slide decks, and annual reports. The goal was to ensure cohesive branding and visibility across all materials to effectively promote the organization’s programs and increase event attendance.
